Collages, Customer Service and Feedback

Posted by Picasa

Perhaps at times, it is too much, but you will receive excellent customer service and feedback from me if you ever want to work on a project together. I have done several shoots for clients where I was given little to no feedback; Good, bad or indifferent.

WARNING, that drives me crazy!

Yesterday, I gave $100 worth of digital rights ($5 per photo) away to a group of parents putting together a collage for their coach (sort of a gray area with regard my usual policy of donating to schools I suppose). She was working on a short deadline and I got the call at 11am and had the photos to her by 2pm. It was a herculean effort on my part and I am now a part of that project. My expectation, "thanks for the photos and yes, I finished the project. It looked great". When my customers use my services, I am invested.

As it turns out, you can create a collage through the GAP Photo website. I created one for another local high school coach (about $40 total). It was 18 X 24 inches. I have not experimented yet how a third party could create the college themselves, using my photos and creations from other photographers. But using MyCanvas.com can be shared so that ideas can be exchanged.

Here are a couple of projects that I have worked on....

Big Brother Big Sisters Project

Winlock Basketball 2009-10

Whatever your project may be, GAP Photo is a good resource to create it.
